Sheron Hoot dreams big and works hard to achieve those dreams. She began her career with Tahitian Noni International in 1997 and contributed to TNI's expansion into Canada. Prior to launching her own business with TNI, Sheron worked in the travel and tourism industry as an international tour planner before falling ill and losing everything. She had just reached the point of giving up on her dreams of better health and a successful future when she was introduced to TAHITIAN NONI® Juice. Within a short period of time, Sheron began telling her friends how her health had improved dramatically. And amazingly, in a few years, Sheron beat the odds and reached millionaire status through TNI and has never looked back. "It was extremely difficult, and 1 worked long hours and gave it all I had. I went from below poverty level to millionaire status within three years with no prior network marketing experience whatsoever and no business experience," she says. "As a tour planner, you're really not in the business world; it's something more creative. This has been an extraordinary experience for me."

After her personal experience with TAHITIAN NONI Juice proved a triumph, Sheron knew she had to spread the word. "People needed to hear my story, and I made it literally my moral obligation to share my story with everyone, everywhere," she says. "I could now see the vision, the hope and the freedom to be able to make a contribution back to people's lives. I have embraced this opportunity wholeheartedly. I embraced it as a gift and it truly gave me a mission and a purpose."

Striving for More

Even before finding TNI, Sheron was ambitious and knew she could reach the stars if only given the right means. "I'm a naturally self-motivated, self-disciplined person and always have been," she says. "I want to always strive to do more for people."

With her natural inclination toward hard work and her desire to make the world a healthier, happier place, Sheron has found those means through TNI. "Being my own boss feels like total freedom," she says. "The rewards are immediate and exciting, and I'm able to create my own results on a daily basis and work at my own pace."

As explained above, this is not to say that success has come to Sheron without a lot of hard work and struggle. "Success hasn't come without great sacrifice in my personal life to help and support the growth of my dynamic team," she says. "There have been a lot of sacrifices to have the success that I've enjoyed so early in my business."

After her years in the travel industry and then spending several years not working due to illness, Sheron faced her biggest challenge in simply beginning her journey with TNI. "It was like learning another language," she remembers. "That's how tough it was having no previous experience in network marketing whatsoever. I just saw a vision of what I could create, the hope that I could bring to people, that's what I focused on." The rest came quickly, and Sheron only continues to dream bigger.

Worldwide Enterprise

It didn't take Sheron long to get the hang of her network marketing venture, and before long, she had established a downline that would span the globe. "I would say my team reaches 30 to 40 countries," she says. "I have a very large business in Japan and Canada, and the rest is in Europe and Africa. For the first two years, my business was based in Canada, and by the second year, I had already gone into Japan through some contacts on my team."

Keeping her team motivated and goal-oriented is at the top of Sheron's business priority list. "I plug myself and my team into our weekly meetings, teaching them to be responsible and to be positive regarding their responsibilities," she says. "I do whatever it takes to have success with my new team members, and I review my report card of activity with the folks who I'm working with on a monthly basis."

A firm understanding of her role as a leader within TNI has catapulted Sheron to a high level of success within the company, and she values the responsibility. "I define a leader as someone who raises another to higher levels of motivation and inspiration," she says. "A leader shows the way for the rest of the team and sets an example in ways consistent with shared values. They see the full potential in everyone."

Bright Future

In the future, Sheron sees "unlimited possibilities as I create my own masterpiece." Her dreams remain big and with her growing success, they're only getting bigger. "This will ensure continued financial independence so I can continue developing more leaders who are self-motivated and who share the same vision I have."

She's already enjoying her new dream vacation home, a breathtaking beachfront property on a remote island in the Caribbean. And the relationships she's made along the way have more than made up for her years of hardship. "I have developed cherished new friendships all around the world," she says. "The most important thing I've gained through my career with TNI is the freedom to travel the world and establish these meaningful new friendships that will last a lifetime. I really cherish that."
