The story of Lynn and Herschel Gibbs is proof that those rare and true rags-to-riches stories do exist. Having lost their home, three cars, and all their finances, the Gibbs could have easily been in the mindset to never try another business opportunity. Yet trying again is exactly what they did when Robert Dean called them and told them about TAHITIAN NONI ® Juice. "We were living life from a standpoint of survival, just hoping that TNI would relieve our burdens," explains Herschel.
Now, six years later and a world away from their past financial worries, the Gibbs now enjoy may of their dreams, including family vactions. "Most importantly, we've allowed our two children to see firsthand what hard work and commitment can create because they are seeing a living example of it," Herschel says.
Celebrating over 24 years of marriage, the Gibbs admit that they have weathered many storms together. However, through it all, they have never lost sight of their dreams or the faith that they would one day achieve them. Herschel explains, "Having a dream, a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and commitment - all of these are important in building a business, but they all fall short if you can't give to and invest in others."
Over the past six years, the Gibbs have invested over a quarter million dollars to strengthen their business, especially by helping their team members attend events and trainings. "We opened an office in Phoenix so that our team would have a place to meet and learn," says Lynn. "It's an environment they can grow in." Herschel continues, "We truly believe in the saying, Where much is given, much is required. There have been so many people who have been instrumental in the success of our business. We feel fortunate to be a part of their success."
Having reached Career Achiever and Club Marquesas status, Lynn and Herschel's goal is to help as many people as possible attain Triple Diamond Pearl position. Herschel says, "As I look back at our success, it's clear that the more we have accomplished, the more our sense of purpose has blossomed. We are very fortunate, and we want to make sure we can help others to be their best."
